Manifold 200

Hi!

couple of questions here

First would a exhaust manifold from a 16 valves 2.3 liters fit an 8 valves engine??

And secon, maybe I should ask this one on turbobricks but anyway...

Fact is I must replace my manifold because it is rotten to the core now I seen a couple of low priced turbo manifold... the higher power interests me and the V8 is not really in my price range yet now how much money can I expect to put in transforming my normally aspirated into a turbo and how much difficult is it to actually do it. DoI need to get the engine out the car, reprogram the ECU or things like that.

The car would run all winter in its present configuration as I would gather the parts during the season and put the system on after the atrocious winter (Canada (o: ) The car would also be painted black at the almost same time.

Techs:
1986 volvo 240 DL
B230F @290 000 KM on the clock, running fine well maintained
Four speed + electric OD

and ask me if you need more precision

anyway -thanks for all the past help!
