sunroof is crooked and doesn't open/close properly 900

First it got stuck and I was able to close it by cranking the big screw in the motor like the FAQ says. Then by accident it got opened and when I closed it (manually again)I could not get it to close evenly. One side is a little higher than the other. I noticed the motor itself was loose so I tightened the 2 phillips screws that I could see. Am I doomed becase it is cocked a little.
