6 disk cd changer for sale, my 960 died 900

That's surprising. Volvo's finace arm is Primus (Formerly: Ford Motor Credit) who I have dealt with on many occasions and found them to be very liberal in the lending of money. I know of someone with $9,000 in collections and Ford still gave them the loan.

Ford is a good lender, and is a famous "Legacy Lender." That is, if you get in good with them, they don't care what you do with (or to) your other creditors, as long as you keep your nose clean with them, they will keep on selling you cars.

Maybe since Ford, Volvo, Mazda, Land Rover, Jaguar and Aston Martin credit all merged together to form Primus, they have forgotten their roots and allowed their heads to become too large?

I'm surprised that Mini would extend credit where Ford wouldn't: Mini is owned by BMW and their Credit arm is notoriously snooty.

Tis a shame though about the S40. At least you have something to look forward to. I have been Volvoless during tough times, and I know what you're feeling.... I still mourn the sale of my '99 S70 T5, and that was a couple years ago.
