You didn't answer anyones query whether there was cylinder wall damage.

We suggested that you just clean it up a bit and put it back together, but noooooo, pulling the engine and breaking more stuff and then facing down innumerable decisions with performance ideas in mind is much more fun, I guess.

Again, don't put a new head on an old engine.

FWIW, though, there's a new b20 head on ebay, listed as a 240 head. $65.00.
