M46 Upshift arrow - OR - Please, no more duct tape 700 1990

If you're lazy then you should feel offended, if you're just ignorant than you have a valid claim to having posted your OP.

The 760 console is removed exactly the same way the one in the 740 is done, so I'm not sure what removal procedure you are citing when you state that it is much more complicated. Equating it with the PITA 200s fan blower is kind of foolish too... what would make one think they are equally complicated or that one is analogous to the other?

You need to delineate between "dash" and "console"... they are two TOTALLY different things.

Dash = thing that coveres the entire area under the front windshield
Console = black casing thing that holds odometer, speedometer, gauges, etc.

The console on all 700s (almost all) is removed exactly the same way. You pop the two small plastic covers at the bottom corners (outside the adjuster knobs), unscrew the screw in each (phillips, same size as included screwdriver), and then just slide the console out. I could do it in under 1 minute if I really tried.
