Brake vacuum line collapsing.... 200

hello all, I was wondering, i rerouted the intake tubing to be tight as can be..new pieces aluminuum cut, and metal fitting tapped for idle air and crankcase breather tube...nice and tight...

ok now my brake vacuum line is collapsing...it isnt a factory line, i used one of those ricer kit pieces...when i took the manifold off a while ago to clean everything i replaced it do to hardness and cracks....any reason why it would start now? the idle does kind of slow for a second and i can hear the MAF suck a little hard then go back up a few RPM higher to normal idle...it does this maybe every 30 seconds...other than that it runs great, revs great....

maybe the fitting hole for the idle air is too small? it isnt the same size as it was before, i used a duakl threaded AN fitting and screwed it into the intake tube...maybe thats the idle issue....but the brake thing im confused....
