V70 R brake system on 245 --- possible? 200

Hi

Is it (theoretically AND/OR practically) possible to swap the actual V70R brake system to a 245? I´ve heard of some swaps but I would like to know what exactly I would have to do if deciding to carry out such a swap...

Moreover are only the front brakes changeable or is it possible to swap both, front and rear?
