2002 V70 2002

Thinking about buying a V70 wagon. Does anyone have feedback on some of the major weaknesses in the V70? Is there one model year that is particularly troublesome? Is there a mileage threshold where problems start popping up?

I have had several 240's and am familiar with most of the weaknesses with them but am not familiar with the newer front wheel drive cars.
