oil-coolant jelly inside engine problem in volvo with leaking head gasket 200

OK- I made the mistake of driving my 90 240 220,000 mi volvo wagon with a leaking headgasket for several months, adding coolant every week. Now in order to replace the head gasket, I need to drain the oil, but the oil will not drain out- it has turned to jelly. Does anyone know of something I could put in the engine that would dissolve the oil and allow it to drain?
