94 945T not starting well everytime, low idle and one time, did not start. PLEASE HELP 900

Hello again all you incredibly helpful individuals,

So basically my problem seems to happen when I drive for a bit, turn off the the car and then turn it back on within a few minutes. It would turn on but idle very low, say 100 or something. I would give it a bit of gas and it would even out and idle properly and be fine. Then just like 2 days ago I drove for like 40 min, city and little highway turned it off, went somewhere for like 10-15 min., tried to turn it back on and it just didn't really want to start. I waited like 10 seconds, tried it again, had to give it a little gas and then it started ok.

Now I JUST had my oil changed like a week ago and my Volvo guy, who is by the way the greatest Volvo guy in Northern Jersey, looked it over as he always does and I told him about the low idle and he didn't find anything. Of course the car didn't do it for him when it was there. I have had a lot of preventitive mantinence done to this car, most of which was reccomended in the FAQ.

Can anyone give me any ideas about this. I don't want it to turn into something bad where I am left stranded.

Thanks in advance,

Barry
