92 240 ac/ R134 low port fitting not quick connect--how to get freon in? 200

Byron -

Was your brick converted to R134a, or was it stock? If stock, it may be designed for refrigerant to be added on the high pressure side using the system that an a/c shop (but not a DIY) would have.

If the port on the compressor is still an R12 port, you may be able to get a convertor at an AutoZone or other high-tech type place.

If you are near the west side of Houston, check with Performance Volvo on Sherwood Forest, or call John at VPI independent parts, 713-522-0505.
