brake line problems. Rounded off nut. 900

I was changing the brake hoses (or at least attempting to) on my 940 when I ran into a little snag. I cant get the brake line flare nut off. I was using an 11mm flare nut wrench and still managed to round the suckers off. I then tried vice grips and got nowhere. now what? CAn I just cut the thing off and re-flare the end and get a new nut? If so, what kind of flaring tool will I need and what specification nut will I need? I'm not too familiar with doing this so detail would be helpful. Thanks!
