Change PS Pump 200 1987

List,
I would like to remove the ac unit from my 1987 245, and replace the current ps pump with a pre-1985 Saginaw type pump(mounted low). I have the mount and the brackets to make the switch, and have in fact temporarily done that on B21 engine with a 530 cylinder head currently sitting on a engine stand just to check for pulley alignment. Everything lines up and seems okay. However, I am concerned about the fluid line connections to the steering rack. Will this swap be straight away, or will there be connection problems that need to be resolved? Thanks.
