Oddies/Questions On my 90' 760.. 700

Couple of questions (My first volvo.. and defentally not last)

1. There is an AWFUL lot of valve tapping noise on startup after sitting.. is this normal? if not..(I read auto-rx has success fixing this perhaps)

2. Car always takes a few cranks to start, have new fuel check valve.. haven't figure out where it goes yet.. Any other reasons for extended start?(new batt)

3. Car is using a bit of oil.(doing 90mph uses 1/2qt in 200miles and me pushing it) I read that oil in the intercooler isn't bad, but I think the turbo seal is going.. but still have boost (to 7.5psi).. Am I right to assume to have a new oil seal kit?

4. DAMN ABS, pullsates at low speeds.. Sensors are clean, perhaps wire's are bad? Also, the Brake pedel hisses when applied, (I know it shouldn't do this) but will that affect the ABS system?

anyone can help with any of those.. greatly appreciated!
