Power steering bracket 900

Below is a picture of the power steering pump bracket from my 91 940. The pump is turned in slightly towards the engine and I've heard about this bracket. There seems to be a couple of other brackets on the pump. One is for the belt adjustment. My question is: Is the bracket shown below (the one that bolts to the engine) the one causing the pump to turn in? It seems to be made out of fairly thin aluminium and is very light. I can't imagine it's up to the pressure of holding the pump in place. If this is the one that needs to be replaced I'll contact Volvo on Monday and order a new one.

Thanks

Brad
