I just got this code from the diag unit 200 1990

It's a '90 244DL. I had the car sitting about a week and a half. I went to start it up and it started but felt like it might die and the check engine light came on briefly. I gave it gas and it evened out and didn't die. The check light went away. I pulled the code 232 from the diag unit. Bently's says that's compensating for lean or rich condition at idle. What causes this? Once it got going it stayed going and ran fine like usual. I just replaced in the last year:
Entire Exhaust including new CAT
New O2 sensor
New Main fuel pump
New Fuel Pressure regulator
New plugs
New wires
New air filter
Sealed the airbox
New fuel filter
Cap
Rotor
Thank you.
My suspicion is that the problem is just that the car was sitting for so damn long.
