I just bought a 244DL... 200 1990

I already own a 1997 855GLT and a 1993 940.
I need advice on becoming the 3rd owner of a 240 DL, 189,000mi, car is in good condition except for following:


1.) When I brake around either a left or right, bumped, turn, 5-10 mph, there is a clunk sound that comes from the rear suspension.

How can I test the car to identify the clunk while on the road or still while on jacks in my garage?

2.) Moon roof is not functioning. Is there a FAQs on this as there is with the 700-900 series?

3.) Can I go to synthetic oils? The car has only had the top end done at 165000 miles, the low end has never been rebuilt.
