What is this OL Relay For? Pic Included 900

1993 940 T-Rex(/Regina)
Under the drivers side knee bolster, mounted on the far left. It had a burned out fuse, forgot the size, 25A?. Replaced the fuse. Described as an overload relay by Swedish Engineering. Number 1 363 569 on one side and 897169 12V, 10A on another side. What is its purpose?
