Automatic transmission stuffs 140-160

I was just reading through my most recent issue of 'Farm Show' today... Its a publication of short articles about new products, new ideas, different creative ways of dealing with issues mostly in the agriculture industry, but much of the stuff applies elsewhere. Highly recommended publication... www.farmshow.com

Anyhow, they have a section where readers send in their general experience with money saving repairs, maintenance shortcuts, etc.

In this issue, someone wrote in about a problem with their '93 dodge intrepid that wouldn't go into gear until it got warmed up. He claims adding 4oz of limited slip additive fixed the problem... at least so far... claims its been fine for the last year/8000miles.

Anyone heard of such, or have any thoughts? Just sorta curious.
