FYI. catalyticconvertersite.com has cats for 240's for $96.17 which includes shipping. I got mine last week and installed it in about an hour and a half. Just had to cut the old one off with the whizzer wheel at the flange. I had to replace mine to get through Virginia emissions. Actually it made the car run a little better too. Hope this helps anyone in need of a converter for their 240.
