Update on Rough Idle 200

Sorry again for the "Claiming to be..." post. Am at work and don't have my password.

I replaced all of the hoses connected to the AMM. As soon as the car get warm and shifts down to slow idle, it becomes very rough.

After I got to work this morning, I opened the hood and disconnected the AMM. The car stumbled for about 1 second and then seemed to smooth out a bit. After I plugged the AMM back in, the car kicked back up into fast idle and ran smoothly. I shut the motor off. Started it back up and it was in slow idle and as rough as could be. I again unplugged the AMM, it stumbled smoothed out. I plugged it back in and it kicked back into high idle and ran smoothly. It seems whenever the car is in low idle (warmed up) it is very erratic on the engine. I am just afraid it will destroy the motor mounts I replaced last year (used Volvo mounts, not Scam-Tech).

Is it the AMM or the Air Box Thermostat?

I have recently (past 9 months) replaced the Intake and Exhaust Manifold Gaskets and cleaned the throttle body.

Also, don't know if this makes a difference. If I happen to tough the body of the car and become a grounding rod, and touch the coil wire at the distributor, it will shock the hell ou of me. Is this normal? To have voltage on the outside of the distributor cap? If I do not touch the body, no shock. I know my methods of deduction are crude to say the least, but just trying to get this figured out before it gets really expensive.
