Help CMP sensor bolt striped S90-V90

I'm posting in the s/V90 area as this is the real 960 forum, any way I have been leaking oil from somewhere, turns out it is from under the CMP sensor. The PO has messed the botom bolt (not the original torque type) and it canot be removed as it spins without coming out. It feels like it's the wrong size. I can't even fit any of my standard tools in the tight space. It's leaking about a quart a month from here.
How can I get that thing off.
