Power Windows/ Voltmeter 200

I just purchased an immaculate 1992 244 DL and everything was working fine, until...

I was driving on the highway with the AC on and the windows up and when I was pulling off the exit I wanted to put the windows down, but no...

The windows wouldn't work, any of them. And the Voltmeter was reading a big, fat nothing.

Also my rear defroster wasn't working, don't know if thats related too.
