Replacing Boot on Steering Rack -- What Type of Lubricant? 200

Looking at the Volvo literature for the CAM gear, a tube of "Fluid Grease" is shown being injected into the boot. Quantity: 1/4 tube. (Reminds me of the old CV joint days, which sounds anachronistic) The grease is distributed on the inner joint by squeezing the boot around it. I guess that action rather leads me to believe the stuff is more grease than fluid.

Looks so clean and neat in the book. The way I did it I had a palm full of moly lube.
