new shoes, cylinder, no axle turn....? 120-130

by turning the square peg adjuster "in" you are adjusting the shoes "out"
with new shoes, thicker than the old shoes, you want to back off on the adjuster to allow the drum back on over the new shoes. so back it off a lot. then when you get the drum on and turning freely, you can then adjust the shoes out by screwing the square peg in, a few flats at a time, rotating the wheel in between. lock 'em up and then back it off a few.
