need vacuum source 120-130 1964

You can always route the breather to a catch can vented to atmoshpere (sans PCV valve).
If there is a boss on the manifold you can drilland tap it for a barb fitting. If you do use the end-plugs than use both and a "Y" so as to not mess up two cylinder's mixture at the expense of the other two (and DO use a PCV valve!). The carbs also have a boss for a breather. IF you decide to use these (drill andtap for hose barb), then you do not need the PCV valve but it won't hurt anything to have it (also requires a "Y").

Mike!
