alternator fixed, forgot where the wires go 200 1981

Tsk, Tsk. You replaced/pulled wires without properly labelling or color coding them?

The oil sensor takes the blk wire, the alt takes the red. (Or did you replace the different colored wires with a single color?)

The "pieburg thing" may be the bypass solonoid which sits on the manifold after the carb and is energized while the engine is running (key in II position).

Haynes manuals are available from Canadian Tire for $19.95. There's a section dedicated to carbs.
