Glad to hear you got it all sorted out.

One problem I have encountered (which you luckily didn't) was with new shoes, and now drums... Seems the shoes were a bit big to fit inside the new drums. Still havn't figgered that one out though... I just used some old drums. I expect if I use the new drums, I'll have to fit old shoes and wear them in... or turn the drums a couple thousandths...
