Engine teardown 444-544

Man, I can't get a response from KgTrimning! I wonder if they are on some month long vacation or something. I'm starting to wonder if I'll need to find other sources for some of my parts.

For the pistons and rods I've talked myself down from ordering $$$ custom rods and $$ custom pistons to just using stock rods (reamed to an interference fit with a 24 mm wristpin) and stock B21 pistons, balanced. And not revving it as high anymore.

But I'll still need to find a cam (I was wanting a KG19) and a big bore head gasket. Are there any other sources for the more modern Svedish cam designs?

Has anyone gotten a copper head gasket from anywhere? I'd sort of like to avoid this scramble for an increasingly rare head gasket every time I take the head off. I would imagine it wouldn't be hard for any place that makes them to use a 92 or 93 mm circle instead of the stock size, or I could just trim it myself.
