240 window track seals? 200

Hello all,

Im looking on a bunch of sites for these window track seals (guide rubber?) I dont need to find the squeegee pieces, as mine are all good...what do i call these parts when looking them up? I cant seem to find anyone that sells them..I have a 89 245 and my rear passenger is torn apart at the bottom of the aft track causing the window to pop out and go behind the track on the way up...pain in my a**...and also my front driver one as well, both give me grief every month or so...so i need some new ones to keep the window in line...the torn rubber guides dont really work too well for that task haha..
