Trans/ clutch questions 200

I have a 1991 240. My clutch is slipping really bad, I'm putting it up on my friends lift tomorow to see if I can just adjust it to make it not as bad. where is the best place to get a new clutch. My local auto shop quoted $230. seems a little high but this is my first volvo clutch replacement. is there any places online where i could get it cheaper?

Also my transmission is starting to get really bad, second gear likes to grind at even the easiest shifting, and the syncros and bushings are totally shot. is there anywhere that sells new/ rebuilt transmissions? I havent really looked into this a ton but any feed back is great. thanks!
