Hood Won't Open 900

Hi All:
The hood on the 940 won't completely release when I pull the hood release. The lock on the passenger's side won't release, but the lock on the driver's side will. Any hints on what to do to get the hood open? Also, is the hood release cable adjustable? Is there one cable or two cables?
