1981 240 turbo fuel pump location, what is a good shop manual? 200 1981

Hi all, I've shorted the 5-7 jumper and my fuel pump comes on, (when I was broken down on the sid eof the road, a very knowlegable person turned the key on while I had a hand on the pump, turning the car over, and there was no noise)So I became convinced that it was the fuel pump relay, obtained one, and now I can't figure out where it is placed. the book lists the location as behind the battery, but as far as I can tell the two relays in that location are the headlamp, and windshield wiper intermitance relays. So;
A. does anyone know the location of the fuel pump relay?
B. what is a good shop manual? (the chilton version is terrible)

Thanks,
casey
