no brake lights 900 1992

Just bougth a 92 940. Got home and discovered that when I step on the brake no lights come on in the back: left, right or window deck light. I gave a visual check to the left and right brake bulbs. They look ok. Where is the fuse panel located? Any other thoughts on what could make all 3 inoperable?
Also, does the 940 have an infamous fuel pump relay that, like the 240, fails after 100 K miles? If yes, where is it located? Anything else I should be aware of with a 940? Thanks for your help
