Relay madness and flex fans... 120-130

The restoration is still going on (work really gets in the way of car fun).

So I am trying to make this wiring "right" and problem free. I have 55/100watt H4 bulbs and do not want to melt the wires (again), and there was no relay that did both high and low beams that was not massive and needing a waterproof box. So my solution was to use 4 relays one for each high and low beam(new BMW's do this). Is this overkill? These relays go along with the o-drive relay and the relay for the fog lights and the horn relay. Do I need to attend a relay users anonymous meeting?

The other thing I am searching for is a good 13 inch flex fan. I prefer not to put on an electrical fan (it might need a relay). The only one I have been able to find that was the right diameter was too deep (flex-a-lite #1313) it hit the double crank pulley.
Everything else in the catalog was too big. Any suggestions part numbers?
