240 won't start 200

Hey Guys,

My '86 240 wagon developed a problem the other day in which none of the dash lights come on when I turn the ignition on. I can hear the fuel pump run for a second. When I turn the key to the start position, the engine cranks over for a few seconds but doesn't start. The battery is fully charged and the connections are good. Could this be a problem related to the engine bay wiring harness? I noticed that mine is crumbling away.

Thanks,
Dave
