Hard to Start 240 200 1986

My 240 non-turbo with 175,000 has been hard to start for about 2 weeks now. At first, it was an odd day when I would crank it and it would take 4-5 15 second cycles of cranking to start it. After that, it seems to run ok. I turned it off and tried to restart it, it still required a lot of cranking to run again. This happened maybe once a week.

Now it doesn't want to start everyday, but worse for the cold start. I replaced the fuel filter after it first did this to me, but that changed nothing. I hear a lot about system pressure leakdown, but Its hard to start even after I just cut it off.

I'm thinking about changing the coolant Temp sensor since that is the only thing the LH 2.2 has to measure cold starts.

Any other ideas?
