NO START 700 1988

This car just will not start. We have a good spark. We have good fuel pump pressure up to the fuel rail. We tried bypassing the MAP sensor. That did not help. It will fire up with a shot of starting fluid (ether) but then it just dies again. It is not getting the fuel into cylinders. Can anyone tell me how to check that the fuel injector solenoids are operating and are getting the correct voltage? Does anyone know how I test the ECU?? Thanks to you all.........
