Interior Light Delay Unit? 700

Did any of 700 Series come with a delay unit for the interior light i.e. a device which keeps the interior light on for thirty seconds or so after the door is closed?

If not, how easy is it to fit such a device to the model and is there such thing as an aftermarket interior light delay unit which is ready to fit? I built up a delay unit from a proprietary kit a few years ago for one of my other cars and it took ages to do (It basically came as a curcuit board and a jumble of bits) and the end result was deemed too suspect to fit to any vehicle. It is still extant somewhere, but will go nowhere near The Volvo!

Footnote: I recall that some models of the 200 Series had such a device in the form of a relay.
