1898 760 key lock cylinder 700 1989

1898 760,, 176k miles

car stopped on freeway, had it towed home. kid lost the keys during the tow
can find them. got 2 from the dealer, niether worked, they said cylinder must have been changed. lock smith tried to make key, cant ,, "high security key" je said.
question::: can i punch out the lock like on an american car so i can drive it to the dealer for a new cylinder? will punching it out let me steer it?? wheel is locked now. any other suggestions or h elp will be appreciated greatly or this thing becomes a veggie planter real soon!!!
