Interior Light Delay Unit? 700

The delay circuit is built into the light itself, but takes an input a wire that comes from the drivers door switch. Obviously you need both to get the feature working.

For those that don't like the feature, it can be easily disabled. Just pull the light down from the headliner. There are 4 wires - ground, +12, common door switch, and driver door switch (for delay). If you remove the wire for the drivers door, the delay will be disabled but the light will still come on and off for the drivers door, just like the other doors. This wire is the one that comes out of the small circuit board at the front of the light assembly.
