Radio Supression relay 700

First I'd like to say thanks for all the help so far... I've been lurking and reading up on similar problems as mine.

So here's a classic: Intermittent no-start.
Since it runs intermittently I assume the timing belt is fine?
Spark has been checked and seems fine.
I've replaced the dastardly fuel pump relay but that didn't solve it.
I'm currently suspecting the radio supression relay but can't locate it (Chilton's is not much help here) Or the power stage.
I don't have the equipment to check fuel rails but I don't think the pumps are bad since I can hear the pump hum when I turn the key.

On an 89 740 turbo where is the radio supression relay? I've only seen one apparent relay under the hood (little black box with four prong connector) not the two interchangeable boxes side by side that I've seen described in other posts.

Thanks in advance!
Nate
