Oh, that is a lot easier. Un-hook the rear end, straightening the metal enough so you can gently pry up from the rear. Use steady gentle upward prying pressure (I use a large flat screwdriver blade) as the strip releases along its length. The new one can be set with a wooden block pounding it down firmly to seat it.
