I've e-mailed the pages out of my service manual. It is 7 pages and about 700kB in total, 1 e-mail per page. Let me know if it does not come out clear. And from that there is definately 2 break bands.

Not sure if the new fluid will make much difference, perhaps make the shifting even harder! Probably better on modern transmissions, but keep in mind your 30 year old transmission (with much older original design) works different from the ones of today. I would stick to the original stuff. My comment was that >modern< transmissions are designed to have slip on gear change, and that is where most of the damage occurs.
