engine swap running problems 700 1988

Hello I just converted one of my 745t's to a b230f block. I kept all the Turbo related parts(head, turbo, manifold, piping, intake, intercooler ect, in other words I just changed the block), and had the block drilled for the oil pipes. On the first try it started up just fine, I let it idle 5 min and changed the oil and filter(cheap insurance). When I restarted it it would not start, when I pulled the # 1 fuse(fuel pump) it started up, with the fuse in, no go. I then proceeded to push start the car, as not to flood it more, it started on the second push and idles at 13-1400 rpm. When accelerating I was treated to tremendous detonation(pinking).BTW I adjusted the turbo to minimum boost(just touches the yellow on the guage indicating 0 psi with 0 vacuum) I checked the timing, 16deg btdc @ 1300 rpm. What could the problem be, any suggestions?

Merci

Yvan
