Should I Replace Valves? 200

Dooh!!!
I should've looked at the obvious. The two heads are not interchangeable. If you have K-Jet on an earlier 240 the B230 head won't do you any good. A later 240 with LH 2.2/2.4 can use the '82 head with some modifications, but may be a waste of time also.
What year/system do you have?
The B230F head rarely wears with less than 200k miles on it. I would be surprised if any of the valves aren't as perfect as they were when new in '90. The majority of B230F engines don't even need a valve adjustment at 200k miles, or even 300h miles.
Take a closer look at what you've got. If you need the K-Jet head, take a closer look becasuse it may need some guides and lapping for the valves.
