power windows 700 1990

Recently I've been having trouble with my power windows not working. The drivers side works fine.The passanger front window will roll down with its assigned button but will only roll up with the master control switch. The rear passanger dosn't work at all but has power to the button and the switch has been changed.The rear drivers side will roll down with the master control switch but roll up with its assigned button. All fuses have been changed out and all has power to the switches. Id very much like to fix this problem myself before I have to call in the big guns( certified mechanic)
