Wiper problem... 200

I was driving along today about 20mph in the rain and all of the sudden my right side wiper blade became unattached from the arm It cyled two are three time as before I good get it off. I did not see any damage but it did initially put me into a state of painc as I have just repainted and replaced the windshild with a 91 and newer style. When I had the painting and glass work done, I had some surface rust that was also taken care of. My only worry now is that when the wiper blade came off the arm and to rest on the lower winshild/crowl area it might have some how pushed up the winshield sill and scrathed the paint causing the rust issue all over agin. I reinstlled the blade and it seems fine. Hopefully that is the case. Should the winshield sill be lifted and examined in that area, or am I just overly concerned? (I want to drive the car another 3million plus miles by the way)

Thanks and happy bricking.
