where is this resistor pack!? i can not find it behind the glove box!! 700 1992

Hello all

I have been trying to figure oout why my blower motor is not blowing. I did check the # 16 fuse and it was blown so i replaced the fuse now it only works in the "high or 5 position".
Also there seems to be a small amount of air blowing through the vents. Could someone tell me where exactly this resistor pack is located? i removed the glove box according to the 700/900 faq the only thing i can see is this egg shaped canister to the left and alot wiring on the right side. Please help! i getting a little frustrated here. Thx.
