differences between M40 and M41 tranny (122 swap) 120-130

I picked up a good M41 tranny to convert my non-OD 122 wagon. I will be going thru it to confirm goodness but need to know what other bits I will need for the conversion.
Other than different front driveshaft, do I need anything else other than a OD switch?
